Mayor Sheila Williams called the meeting to order and Commissioner Weaver offered invocation.  Tracy Sullivan, Town Clerk called the roll.

COMMISSIONERS PRESENT

Commissioner Humphrey, Commissioner Jenkins, Commissioner Hamm and Commissioner Weaver.  Town Administrator, Robert Masters was also present.

The Board discussed the proposed 2009/2010 budget.

ADJOURNMENT

Commissioner Weaver made the motion to adjourn the meeting.  Commissioner Jenkins seconded the motion.  The motion carried.
