Minimum qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in criminal justice, public administration or management, & at least 10 years progressively responsible experience with a government police agency, with at a minimum of 5 years of that time as chief, assistant/deputy chief, or lieutenant in a law enforcement agency of similar size & complexity (or an equivalent combination of education, training & experience that provides the required knowledge, skills & abilities). The Chief reports to the Town Manager.

Salary DOQ. Hiring range 46,000-53,000.
